We are hiring a Social Sales Representative to engage and connect with our leads and potential clients on all social platforms, and enroll new clients into our program by answering their questions and hesitations while helping them make a decision to join our programs.
You’re the type of person that just can’t stop talking about that new product/program/etc you bought and how it’s changed your life...you want to tell all your friends why they need to buy it, all the things you love about it, and answer all their questions so they can see how much is missing from their life without it!
You know that selling is serving - especially when you’re enrolling people into a program that will change their entire life and business. The thrill of selling gets you jumping out of bed in the morning! And you don’t mind answering those DMs on nights and weekends to close the sale!
We’ll send you qualified leads, you will connect with them on social media and help them make the decision to enroll in our program. You will also do outbound outreach to our potential customers - our engaged social media followers or FB group members.
You’ll be helping our potential clients choose to enroll in a program with years of proven results, hundreds of testimonials, rave reviews and a reputation for being the best on the market. Selling is simple when you are enrolling people into a program that genuinely helps people. All you have to do is have genuine, supportive conversations and close the sale in an authentic way.
WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
Your job will be to help enroll students in our Uncage Your Business program. UYB is a marketing program for coaches and service-based businesses that helps them nail their business foundations (messaging, niching, packages, marketing etc). the program has been running successfully since 2013 with over 1000 happy grads! We get glowing testimonials and rave reviews and our students get real, lasting results.
In short, your job is to help us find the right students for Uncage Your Business, and to have fun doing it!
Qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of sales... and not in a sleazy way! No high-pressure bro marketing tactics here -- we believe in helping to give our prospective students as much information as possible to help them make an empowered buying decision, while also helping them chat through their fears/objections in a caring and respectful way. Many of our students have been burned before, so we take our time to really get to know whether they would be a good for our course (and we aren't afraid to follow up with them several times to help give them the little nudge they might need - our students often thank us for doing this!)
The Social Sales Representative is the sales superstar responsible for all personal, high touch communication with leads and engaged prospects through social media and email selling (note: we do not currently do sales calls)
You are the ruler of the Direct Messages - sending DMs and email messages and closing the sale through social connection.
You are highly organized, always remember everyone's name, and you love selling things that you believe in.. You know that our customers' lives are 1000x better when they have our support and enroll in our programs, and you sell your heart out in order to serve them.
SOME SPECIFIC THINGS YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Direct message all leads that are interested in our programs
- Outbound outreach and nurture engaged leads in our Facebook group
- Message engaged IG followers who watch and interact with stories and posts
- Check in with and re-engage leads every 30/60/90 days
- Keep detailed notes on warm leads in our lead dashboard system
- Report on any trends you are noticing in responses that could inform our marketing or messaging
- Answer all questions about the programs and overcome objections via direct social messages
- Use both voice memos and text based messaging to communicate with engaged leads
- Have conversations, learn about our customers, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard and understood
- Track all metrics on leads, outreach, inbound, sales and conversion rates and report to the team daily
- Build out a library of reusable responses to common questions and objections
- Filter out prospects who are not a fit and kindly let them know
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of current warm leads, where they are in the funnel, and their situations
- Make downsell/upgrade offers as appropriate

If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, we would totally accept that offer from you. But if you prefer compensation (we totally get it…we prefer getting paid as well lol) this is what we can offer:
- This is a part-time consultant role. Possibility to turn into employee role if you live in Canada.
- The base pay is $1200 USD/month
- + $100 commission per sale for the first 20 programs sold in a month.
- + $200 commission per sale for the 21+ programs sold per month.
- 15ish hours a week to start. Hours are flexible, and the more you sell the more you make
- This is a virtual role, so you can work from wherever is most comfortable -- but we’d prefer someone who is within 3 hours +/- of the Eastern Time zone (New York/Toronto).
This position has huge potential for growth and extra pay.
Of course, we can't predict that things will work out for 2+ years, but ideally that's your goal here - you're tired of moving project to project, done with working in your own business, and you would love some stability over the long-term in a company you can grow with

We are looking to bring our new team member on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culturally.
